For patients wishing to consult with Dr. Leny, she is available at a number of locations across Victoria.
You will need to request your doctor to provide a referral to Dr. Leny.

Please obtain and bring the following with you to allow formulation of a personalised treatment plan for you:

1. A current referral letter from your doctor and call the phone number of your preferred location to make an appointment

2. A list of your current medications (including dosages)

3. Any relevant blood test results (if available)

4. Any relevant reports and films of X-Rays, MRI, CT-Scan, Ultrasound and other imaging (if available)
